What is the age requirement to open an account?

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. The registration form includes a checkbox confirming this. Your age may be checked again during identity verification.

How many accounts can one person open?

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, those accounts are reviewed. Transferring funds between different accounts is not allowed, and payments received from another person's account will not be accepted.

Which regions does Casino Lüks not serve?

Under the agreement, the platform does not offer services in Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, France, the Netherlands, the Republic of Cyprus, Saba, Sint Eustatius, Sint Maarten, Singapore, the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Israel, Iran, Italy, North Korea, Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan, the Kahnawake Mohawk Territory (Canada) and Estonia. Turkey is not on this list.

What verification is required before a withdrawal?

A withdrawal request is processed once identity verification is complete. Verification includes confirming your phone number, confirming your email address and making at least one real-money deposit. Document verification runs through the KYCAID service, which accepts an ID card, passport or driver's licence.

How are withdrawals paid out?
